MRCSA offers a range of services, including settlement support, migrant health, community development, and education and training.

The organisation's Settlement Engagement and Transition Support (SETS) program is aimed at newly arriving migrants, refugees and humanitarian entrants. The program provides individual support, information, and referral to mainstream services in areas such as housing, education, employment, and health.
